GM Aluminum Oil Pumps

10294, Low Volume, Standard Pressure LSX Oil Pump

Melling engineered this oil pump specifically for the performance aftermarket LS engine blocks with “priority main oiling”. This pump is not meant to support engines with variable valve timing and displacement on demand. The flow rate of the 10294 has been reduced to match the lubrication needs of aftermarket blocks with priority main oiling systems. This eliminates the need to modify a stock pump to reduce its output. Its reduced displacement requires less power to operate. All the features that make our performance wet sump oil pumps best in class have been utilized in the new 10294 low volume pump. In comparison the 10294 is a low volume version of the Melling 10295 performance oil pump.

10295, Standard Volume, High Pressure Gen III Oil Pump

Melling improved the standard volume GM LS Gen III oil pump. Design changes to the housing, cover, and components together combine to improve the performance, durability, and capability of the oil pump. Melling has engineered this oil pump specifically for performance LS applications. It can be used in any GM Gen III application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M295 oil pump.

    Phosphate coated cast iron cover
  • High pressure (+10 psi) spring installed
  • Includes optional standard pressure spring

10296, High Volume, High Pressure Gen III Oil Pump

This pump delivers 18% more flow as compared to the standard volume 10295 oil pump. The design changes incorporated into 10295 have been carried over to this pump. The 10296 pump was engineered specifically for performance LS applications that demand increased oil flow. It can be used in any GM Gen III application with no modifications required to install the pump.

10355, Standard Volume, High Pressure Gen IV Oil Pump

Melling improved the standard volume GM Gen IV oil pump. To support AFM and VVT components the output of this pump is 33% more than the Gen III standard volume oil pump (Melling #10295). Design changes to the housing, cover, and components together combine to improve the performance, durability, and capability of the oil pump. It can be used in any GM Gen IV application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M355 or M365 oil pumps.

10355HV, High Volume, High Pressure Gen IV Oil Pump

Melling has re-engineered the Gen IV oil pump to increase its volumetric output 20% relative to the standard volume oil pump. Design changes to the housing, cover, and components combine to improve the performance and durability of the oil pump. It can be used in any application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M355 or M365 oil pumps.

Chrysler Aluminum Oil Pumps

10342, Standard Volume, High Pressure Oil Pump

Melling improved the standard volume third generation Chrysler Hemi oil pump. Design changes to the design of the pump together combine to improve the performance and durability of the oil pump. Melling has engineered this oil pump specifically for performance 5.7L & 6.1L Hemi applications. It can be used in any Chrysler application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M342 or M362 oil pumps.

  • Hard coat anodized aluminum housing
  • Phosphate coated cast iron cover
  • Standard pressure spring installed
  • Includes optional +10 psi and +15 psi high pressure springs
  • Threaded pressure relief nut
  • Uses 1.00” diameter stock bolt-on oil pickup tube
  • Includes O-ring for oil pickup tube assembly
10342-BR, Standard Volume, High Pressure Billet Oil Pump

This pump has the additional benefit of Chrome-Moly billet steel rotors to improve strength. All the other features of the 10342 pump are carried over to this pump. It can be used in any Chrysler application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M342 or M362 oil pumps.

10452, Standard Volume, High Pressure Oil Pump

Melling improved the standard volume third generation Chrysler Hemi oil pump for use in 2009 engines and newer with VCT and MDS. Melling has engineered this oil pump specifically for performance 5.7L & 6.4L Hemi applications. It can be used in any Chrysler application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M452 or M462 oil pumps.

10176, Standard Volume Billet Oil Pump

Melling improved the standard volume Ford Modular SOHC V8 & V10 oil pump with robust chrome moly billet steel rotors. Additional updates to the housing, cover, and components work together to improve the performance and durability of the oil pump. Updating the cover material to phosphate coated cast iron improves performance by increasing the pressure tightness of the pump. It can be used in any Ford application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M176 oil pump.

10176HV, High Volume, High Pressure Billet Oil Pump

In the Melling tradition the Ford Modular SOHC V8 & V10 oil pump has been improved with robust chrome moly billet steel rotors providing more oil flow. Updates to the housing, cover, and components work together to improve the performance and durability of the oil pump. Updating the cover material to phosphate coated cast iron improves performance by increasing the pressure tightness of the pump. It can be used in any Ford application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M176 oil pump.

10227, Standard Volume Oil Pump

Melling improved the standard volume Ford Modular DOHC V8 Cobra oil pump. Updates to the housing, cover, and components work together to improve the performance and durability of the oil pump. Updating the cover material to phosphate coated cast iron improves performance by increasing the pressure tightness of the pump. It can be used in any Ford application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M227 oil pump. This pump can be used as a higher volume, high pressure pump (8% increase in flow and 20 psi increase in pressure) for the SOHC applications that use the M176 pump. Please note that the inlet of this pump is 1/8” larger requiring a 15/16” diameter pickup tube.

10341, High Volume, High Pressure Oil Pump

In the Melling tradition we have taken the design of our Ford SOHC & DOHC oil pump to the next step. The design changes incorporated into 10340 have been carried over to this pump. In addition the rotor set for this pump delivers 20% more flow as compared to the standard volume 10340 oil pump. The 10341 pump was engineered specifically for performance applications that demand increased oil flow. It can be used in any Ford application that uses the Melling M340 or M360 with no modifications required to install the pump.

Melling improved the standard volume Ford Modular DOHC Coyote V8 oil pump. It can be used in any Ford application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M395 or M396 oil pumps.

  • Includes optional standard pressure spring

  • Uses 1.0” diameter stock bolt-on oil pickup tube

Melling improved the standard volume Ford Boss SOHC 6.2L V8 oil pump. Updates to the housing, cover, and components work together to improve the performance and durability of the oil pump. Updating the cover material to phosphate coated cast iron improves performance by increasing the pressure tightness of the pump. This pump has the additional benefit of Chrome-Moly billet steel rotors to improve strength. It can be used in any Ford application that uses Melling’s stock replacement M397.
